Can anyone offer advise on meals for someone with gastroesophageal reflux disease? Trouble is anything too bland I just can’t swallow

There are a few things you should consider cutting out. I had chronic GERD for years and then cut out my 3 coffees a day. I replaced these with bone broth. I recently went to the US and discovered COFFIG which is delicious. You can get this in the UK now and I have 2 mugs a day of it with cashew milk.

Also cut out chocolate and wine. I know it seems like all the best foods to avoid but if it's making you feel terrible then it is really worth it.

My staple diet is seafood and veg or chicken and sweet potato

Also here is where I get my Coffig from coffig.co.uk/. It's the nicest coffee alternative I have found. I have tried Chicory and dandelion but nothing beats Coffig for being close to coffee.
