Allergy in toddler

Hi

I think dd(2.5) is allergic to something but I honestly dont know what to. In the past 3 months, there have been 3 occasions where she has been in acute physical pain and shouting that her bottom is sore. Her diet is fairly well controlled in that I give her packed lunches for the day time and they are pretty much variations of the same thing and our dinners in the evening are much the same. The three times where it's happened she has been away from me for various reasons so I dont fully know what she's eaten (once just after I'd had a baby and so wasnt around, next time when she was with pil for the weekend and today at a christmas party). I have no real experience of allergies so not really sure what I'm dealing with or what to do.

My mum was with her today so I've asked her to try and remember everything she ate.

Would the reaction that started around 3.45ish been from something at about 10/11 today? How long would it take if she is allergic/intolerant to something for her to react to it?

I think I need to take her to a doctor but what am I saying/asking for?? Any advice really really appreciated!

Thanks

I'd speak to your GP. But I'd explain the symptoms very clearly. Does she have diarrhoea, for example? Any rash or swelling around her mouth? It's hard when they are little to get a clear understanding of what's she is feeling inside. I hope you work it out. :)

If it’s just a pain in her pain bottom then I would be considering worms before allergy.

Is it constipation rather than allergy?

Hi
Please in need of advise. My dd is having a allergic reaction to anithing dairy. Just started weaning and finding it very stressful. Her face got swollen today just because my oldest daughter kissed her while she was having her breakfast with milk.
What do you feed a baby with dairy allergy???? Her hospital appointment is in February.

Bruni try not to worry too much. Make it clear to your older DD that she is not to touch the baby until you e wiped her face and fingers.

What milk is the baby on currently and how old is she?
