Humidifier for eczema

Has anybody any experience of using a humidifier to help eczema.

Since we've had to turn on the heating the eczema on my eyes has really flared up despite me moisturising constantly.

I have bowls of water on the rads but they get knocked over by my 2 and 5 year olds.

The humidifiers sold in Muji are good - but will break if knocked over as water will get into the electrical part.
