Adult ear infections

I have been sick with a sinus infection and right ear infection since monday. Went to the dr on Wednesday got put on a AB started taking antibiotics same day. Thursday was feeling a bit better then my left ear started to clogg up, today is now saturday been on the antibiotics for 72 hours now and im still not feeling any better. Was told to also use a decongestant as well as flonase nose spray have been using those with no relief. Now my right ear has pain and im having a lot of popping noises and ringing in my ears. I have anxiety and this is starting to drive me crazy i dont know what i should do. As my dr office is closed because its Saturday. Ive been taking ibuprofen for pain and tylenol as well. Just wondering has anyone else ever had these issues.

My worst ever ear infection I was taking 8 antibiotics a day for 13 days. Both ears were leaking bloody fluid. Take cocodamol and ibuprofen together every four hours and keep a hot water bottle on the sore ear. It should start to feel better soon

Yes worst pain ever. The only time i "checked out" of family life when the children were small and took to my bed.

If it's not improving you need to go back to the doctor. I ended up with antibiotic ear drops as well as the oral antibiotics and paracetamol/ibuprofen to keep the pain manageable. The ear drops helped a lot and overcame the infection. I don't know whether the out of hours service could help you tomorrow but I'd certainly try phoning them to see if they can see you.
