Does anyone have any experience or advice when young adults / teenagers with allergies start to go to parties / drink/ socialise with big groups of people who don't know they have allergies / don't know the parents or have contact with them etc and are also not sober, and also not necessarily close friends - it's a bit a mine field any advice would be really do me

Oh and he's also asthmatic - so high risk with a nut allergy

Have a card outlining all medical issues just in case the worst happens.

It's also down the the teenager being sensible and cautious. Taking own alcohol/ eating before hand so not eating snacks which could contain nuts

not there yet. there are some advantages of having autistic children. less socialising.

dd has been taught to keep hers with her. perhaps a medical bracelet/jewelery?
