Advice: cmpa milk trial new symptoms

Hi everyone.
My 12 week old daughter has been on a trial of SMA Althera for suspected cmpa for the last week and 4 days. Generally, there has been an improvement in her symptoms - nappies normal consistency/no more mucus, eczema flare ups have stopped. Though she continues to have reflux. However, over the last 3 days I have noticed a rash develop on her chin while feeding (appears to be where the milk dribbles down) and a wheeze. The rash disappears within about 5 minutes after she has stopped feeding and the wheeze does not seem to be affecting her breathing. Could this be symptoms of cmpa or something entirely different?
I have tried to contact the dieticians but no one available. Also will be taking daughter to gp tomorrow if the wheeze continues.
Any advice greatly appreciated!

Wheezing isn't good. Did you take her back to the GP OP?

Yes we took her to the gp who listened to her chest and said it was clear and sats were 100%. She was however referred to paediatrics as she had lost weight and her regurgitation was getting worse. They felt her symptoms were related to cmpa and changed her formula to Alfamino. She’s had 3 bottles so far and no more sick (she would usually bring up her milk 2-5 times between every feed). She does still have a slight wheeze but I was advised this should improve over the coming weeks!

Don't be afraid to keep chasing up the appointment with the Paediatrician OP Smile
