Toddler lactose intolerant?

Dd3 had to go onto lactose free milk as a tiny baby but we moved onto cows milk at around 1 as no one told us different. Ever since she’s had constant diarrhoea/soft stools. She has really bad trumps too.

We have recently taken her doctors and we have to send him a poo sample?

We think she’s lactose intolerant because she loves milk/cheese/yogurts!

How do we cope cutting them out, what alternatives are there? What’s the best lactose free milk? Any help greatly appreciated! Xx

Or if you want formula there is SMA Wysoy.
There are loads of free from yoghurts/cheeses etc - all major supermarkets have a selection. It will be down to preference from your LO.

There's a great fb group that offers advice and support too; it's well worth joining.
DD1 developed lactose intolerance aged 15 and we find lots of alternatives so she can still have milk, yogurt, cheese etc.
