Chronic sinus issues any advise plz

I’m really worried I’ve been having on sided sinus pain on and off for a long while almost 6 years, but since the past 5 months it’s be there almost all the time. The reason why I’m worried is because its one sided it’s the right side nose inner cheek area just under the right eye and also the eye itself, this is were I have pain and tenderness. I also get right sided ear neck and head pressure and tightness. I’ve had a scan of my head and and it was fine, I was told my sinus was also checked but I don’t understand how because only my head was scanned. Do you have Sinus area in your head

Does any one have one sided sinus issues? I’m scared because it says on internet this is not normal and can be sinus cancer 😞

I’ve have this too. It’s horrid. I really empathise. I have sinus issues plus ear pain, and the pain travels down my Eustachian tube into my neck. Also up into my head. I’ve got allergies which are more prone in the summer months and start around March. The last time I went to the doctor thinking I had an ear infection, he looked up my nose with a torch and said I had a deviated septum and huge polyps on that side too. Explained it all really.
I now take fluticasone steroid drops up the nose twice a day. Also antihistamine 4 times a day. It seems to have really helped. If I forget for any reason, I really do know all about it.
