How to rest my gut?

Hi, I'm trying to diet out my poor gut. It reacts to everything even water with bloating. I have GERD and endometriosis which doesn't help. I did low FODMAP with good effect to start with but then it stopped being as effective.
I'd like to rest my gut for a few days to see if it settles but don't know how to do it.
I'm veggie, don't eat eggs, breastfeeding and am pretty active so need a decent intake of calories to keep me going. Oh and I'm lactose intolerant from what I can gather and can't eat onions or broccoli without horrendous gas
How can I get my poor gut healthy?

Hi, just read your post. Have you tried juicing? It worked really well for a friend of mine. She bought a juicer and followed a juice diet for 3 days initially. It worked really well as it gave her gut a total rest. Worth a try.
