I have been found intolerant to certain things but also need to avoid dairy for a few weeks. Does that mean I would be okay to eat cereal (it's the M & S berry and fig one of relevant) that says it isn't suitable for milk allergy sufferers due to manufacturing practices? I'm not allergic to anything, just mild and moderately intolerant.

This is all pretty new to me and I have been and are still pretty poorly so need to try my best.

Thank you.

I’m not sure anyone here will have the definitive answer to that. Can you ask whoever has been treating you how careful you need to be?
I note you say intolerance rather than allergy so sometimes that means you would be ok if it’s not listed explicitly as an ingredient, but you also say you are still quite poorly, in which case you may need to be more careful until you are better...
as I say, you probably need to get with your treatment provider.
Good luck Flowers

check with your treatment provider..
Although if they are cute you may want to get with them as well!

Grin. The practitioner is lovely but sadly a woman and I'm married so no go there Smile.

I think it must only be an intolerance as even though I've been feeling awful I don't think it's as bad as an allergy.

Thank you.
