Chilli intolerance or allergy

Am so pissed off that I can’t eat anything with chilli as I get pains and a bad stomach.

Somebody mentioned this could be fixed by detoxing, has anyone any ideas on this or should I just stay away from chilli? Oh and would something like Activia yoghurt help?

Sorry it's happened to me too. how about other nightshades, like paprika, etc? Have you considered it may not be an intolerance and could be GERD?
