Hi there, my 10 month old goes to nursery 3 days a week and the food always sounds fab. A few weeks ago he had fish chowder on the Thursday, ate it and was completely fine. The next day (Friday) he had the exact same thing again and came out in a rash. He had been fine with fish previously as well. The rash took ages to clear and was almost... raw looking? If that makes sense... It's only on his chin, and a little bit around his mouth to the side.
Next week he had fish cakes and was fine, then today he had fish pie and the rash is back.
He has cow's milk in his Weetabix so I know it's not that, and he's had other similar creamy sauces before and been fine too.
Does anyone have any idea what I should do? I suspect it is the fish but it doesn't seem like a normal allergy rash, and he's been totally fine with fish every other time he's had it.
