Gluten free brioche

I purchased the Promise Gluten free brioche loaf yesterday as it was the first time I had seen it and prepared myself for the usual disappointment. However, I am here to report it is fabulous as close to gluten containing brioche as possibly. Off to dig out my recipe for pan perdue which only really works with brioche.

The Promise range is really good. The seeded rolls are the closest to proper tasting rolls that I’ve eaten with a really good texture.
I agree with the brioche too. Have a pack of choc chip ones in the cupboard atm.
