Help....what is this?!

Well, I have no idea if this is in the correct thread but I got diagnosed with fungal dermatitis 4 days ago...cream and antibiotics-it's now SPREADING! I feel so unwell too! (Tired, very tired and general poorly feeling). Does it look like dermatitis? I will be going to GP tomorrow but just for some reassurance now lol....

Doesn't look like shingles to me, not blistery enough.

Daktacort is good for anything fungal as it has an anti-fungal for the infection and a steroid to reduce redness and itching

I only asked as I developed something similar that turned out to be Hormonal.
