I think I might be gluten intolerant. It dawned on me this weekend- we've been away so I had lots of treat food like pizza, cake, fresh bread, pastries, pancakes. After each meal I've felt exhausted, sick, bloated and full of gas!
In my area it takes 6 weeks to get a GP appt so I'd like to experiment with GF diet. Not afraid to cook meals from scratch as I do anyway. Any tips please?
