Could you talk me through gluten intolerance please?

I’ve recently wondered if I am intolerant to gluten. I’ve had adult acne (severe, needing roaccutane); IBS, stomach troubles, vitamin deficiencies, joint pain and severe fatigue. Lots of tests reveal nothing conclusive.

I cut out gluten for 2 weeks just to see what, if anything happened. I felt good. Much more ‘alive’

Last night the kids wanted spaghetti bolognaise for dinner. I made it and ate it without thinking. Within an hour of eating I had fallen asleep on the sofa, and when I woke I had a very itchy rash, like heat rash, over my stomach.

I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus today. Could this be because of the gluten?

I do feel all head-Coldy too so maybe I’m over thinking and my general unwell-ness is because of a cold?

That’s more or less how I react to dairy. When you say you’ve had lots of tests, I’m wondering if you’ve been tested for Coeliac?

Have you had your thyroid tested? I originally went to the doctor because I thought I was celiacs, had a few blood tests and it's came back that I have hypothyroidism, not to scare you but u have similar symptoms to what I had x
