My daughter has gluten intolerance, with no tolerance. Is it unrealistic of us to expect her to be tummy ache free?

depends on how long she has been gluten free and how long she wasnt!
gut has to be used, so cant rest as starving isnt an option, and so it takes longer to heal.

Been gluten free for 10 months, prior to that she was glutened for 8 years

How did you find out she had a gluten intolerance? If her tummy hurts is it something else? DD has tummy ache all the time and so interested in others with similar problems.

@bedtimestories I’m DF so I’m not sure if it’s the same for gluten but my stomach aches and pains disappeared completely within 2 weeks of going DF.

Who diangnosed her as being allergic to gluten and did they test for any other allergens?
