Have always reacted to wheat, but since restricting it I'm reacting to tiny amounts, and the reaction much worse.
Awful pain, mucus, heavy bleeding, diarrhoea, nausea, exhaustion, bad skin..
I take peppermint capsules and buscopan but no relief. Coeliac blood test negative but was avoiding wheat and gluten.
I'm so fed up of it now. Any advice welcomed please

I think you need to remove it completely then slowly reintroduce one thing at a time to determine your tolerance levels

Thanks for replying. I've done that and have no tolerance now. The tiniest bit of wheat/gluten I react to severely now, whereas before I could eat a meal of pasta or two before I'd have symptoms.
Had gluten in crisps and ended up bleeding, severe cramps, nausea, diarrhoea every half hour for ten hours before I could sleep, and s resting heart rate of 100 +
