Ive only had 2 allergic reactions in my life , one at 9 years old ( face crayons )
My face was red itchy and very puffy

And shampoo late 20's ,all over body and face hives itcy with swollen eyes and I became unwell.

I want to avoid what has given me these allergic reactions

Can I get an allergy test On the NHS , or is it private only ?

Where do I start ?
