Thankfully my IBS is largely under control after decades of loo-based misery (combo of avoiding certain trigger foods and life-changing 10mg of Amitrptalyn and colofac)
BUT bloating is driving me insane!!
I know the classic foods I need to avoid (for me) but almost everything is making me bloated at the moment ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
It's SO uncomfortable and making me so self conscious. I literally look 5 months pregnant this evening...
I'm drinking lots of water and peppermint tea, but would love to hear any bloating-relief remedies anyone can suggest?
