I'm sure Sainsbos do dairy free cheese.

Certainly dairy free marg so dairy free cake is easy using that.

For dairy free baking try this site - I recommend the brownies!

I get Redwood Cheezly dairy free cheese in Waitrose, or health food shops, or try here which has other cheeses and dairy free cream cheese.

Or biscuits? I make Delia's shortbread biscuits with dairy free spread, decorate with icing (simply icing sugar & water) and raisins. Can give you recipe if you would like.

www.parsleysoup.co.uk for excellent vegan baking.
Redwood do the best dairy free cheese - you can usually get it in health food shops including Holland and Barratt.
