Recurrent chest and ear infections

I have a 2 DS. Diagnosed when he was a month old with CMPA and soya allergy. For the past 9-12 months he always seems ill. Mainly chest infections. A couple of days we ended up in hospital as it was quite bad.
Have you noticed other babies with CMPA catch things easily and way worse than others? I try to give him healthy things but he is so fussy. He is also extremely likely to have asmtha but they won't officially diagnose yet.
Any advice please?

I have CMPA and my chest is shocking OO. I know that’s not much help though.

If you suspect asthma, do you regularly hoover his mattress, freeze his cuddlies, hoover curtains, floor and soft furnishings and damp dust at least once a week? Bedding also needs to be washed at 60 degrees.
