Lemons?

DS has had a few unidentified allergic reactions over the years. But recently we've had several over the space a couple of months which have resulted in a massive fat lip.

Today DS had a lemon Drizzle cake made by DD. 30 mins later his lip was the size of a ballon.

All the other ingredients are stuff he would have had at other times and fairly regularly, but the lemon possibly not. Although ge eats oranges all the time.

Can you be allergic to lemons but other citric fruit? And can you be allergic to lemons in the first place?
