Meal Suggestions for Nursery

Hi there, dd is allergic to cows milk, gluten, yeast, soya and rice. In the school holidays, I have to provide the nursery with lunches. She's not the most adventurous eater and I'm wondering what meals I can cook up that can just be frozen in a tub and then defrosted in the microwave. So far, we've got:
Pasta Bolognese
Chicken Korma
Paprika Chicken
Sausage Casserole
A green veggie thing she likes with quinoa

Can anyone suggest anything else that can be bulk cooked and easily divided into tubs? Need some inspiration!!!

This red lentil and butternut squash curry freezes really well, quite easy to tone down the heat too - www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/red-lentil-squash-dhal

You could do little mini shepherds/fish pies.

Jacket potato/sweet potato and a topping she likes? They're easy to freeze once cooked, then ping for five minutes in the microwave.

I'll try to keep thinking.

Ohhh. You could make a couple of frittatas and freeze in slices?

Thank you! Ooo, some good ideas here.

Oh! What about chilli? You could do it with lentils and lots of types of beans. Really easy to make in bulk too.

Oh I wish I could! She won't eat it - too spicy even with minimal spice...:(
