Nut allergies - Kitkats

Hello, sorry, but I'm not a mum, but I just want to tell you that a Kitkat has caused my father to suffer a nut reaction (He's okay now) and I'm just telling you this so you know, as to keep your children safe.

We think it may have happened because they have released these new Kitkat Senses things, and one of them has almonds in them so that may have contaminated the kitkat. It's a shock really because Kitkats have always been trusted. Shame, isn't it?

could you contact the helpline of the anaphylaxis campaign and inform them? they can investigate and then send a warning,

Oh no. They’ve always been our go to safe treat.

I always thought they weren't nut friendly - wasnt it on the wrapper (made in a factory that handles nuts etc)?

Hope your dad is OK now.

Bizarrely it used to say that on the 4 finger version but not the 2.
