Hi

The gp is sending my son for a coeliac screen blood test.

(He was tested about 3/4 years ago and it came back negative...)

My mum has coeliac disease (dx in her 60s) and I am pretty sure I'm non coeliac gluten intolerant.

So. Atm he is on omeprazole for gerd and pizotifen for abdo migraines.

The gp is concerned because of a skin rash on his elbows.

Could coeliac be causing the gerd and his tummy pain and vomiting?

His stools have always been soft.

Thing is he is NOT underweight. He's on the 91st centile!

Hi op

We’re a family of 3, two dc and late diagnosed adult with dh

Dd and I both had terrible reflux pre diagnosis which resolved within days of gf diet

Ds and I suffered the migraines badly which I feel are more driven by the vitamin deficiencies particularly magnesium, try Epsom salt baths

The rash to be honest doesn’t look blistery enough but does remind me of the rash we had with the associated folate deficiency which affected my upper arms elbows knuckles and knees
