Hi - has anyone tried it?

I understand that some studies show a decrease in allergies/hay fever when it is consumed but equally I understand there are risks.

The suppliers in England seem
to run a tight ship/have testing etc so I would imagine the risks are low.

We are an “allergic” family and I can’t help but think our immune systems are bored!

Had some this week from a local farm. It was yummy. I stuck religiously to the useby date given. But we have no allergies etc in our family so I'm not sure my comments are much help.

No, other safer ways to get decent gut flora.
E.coli happens even in the best 'tight ship' which why milk is pasteurised. healthy adults may survive it, but elderly and children may not.
