I’ve recently discovered I have a yeast intolerance. I’ve been having lots of gastrointestinal symptoms and now I’m wondering if the intolerance is at the root cause of these issues. I really had no idea of the effects of a yeast intolerance and have been researching articles online. I was just wondering if anyone else has this issue too and can offer me any advice/guidance please? Thanks in advance 😘xx
