Citrus allergy?

I've just eaten a salad and my mouth is feeling a bit funny and lips feel a little swollen.. Its not bad, but definitely different to normal. The only thing in the salad that I don't regularly eat was lime juice.

Yesterday I had something similar after eating a risotto that I added lemon juice to at the last minute.

Do you think it could be an allergy? And if so, how dangerous are citrus allergies? Anaphylaxis or oral allergy syndrome? I've never reacted like this to citrus before (and I'm in my 40s) but have had similar reactions to kiwi.

For context, my dd has a peanut allergy and as a baby would randomly react to a whole range of fruit and veg with hives and rashes. There are a number of other people in my family with allergies to nuts, bees, penicilin and (bizarrely) wine.
