Hi every one Smile

I've been suffering from psoriasis for nearly 20 years (I'm 39 now) but I've always been able to manage it, well I say manage I mean conceal to be honest as it was on my knees and elbows so that was doable. But just over 2 months ago I had a bad outbreak and it's all over my arms and legs with a few patches on my back, stomach, head, chest and 2 other intimate areas (sorry if it's tmi) I've been using medication and it's seems to be a hit and miss with me but I wanted to ask if anyone else was suffering and how to you handle it in the summer? I'm really self conscious so I'm completely covered up and the heat makes me itch more which results in bleeding. The doctors are very sympathetic but haven't been able to advice me against the heat. Could anyone give me any advice? I'd really appreciate it, I'm dreading the holidays but I have 2 girls and would hate them to miss out because of my condition.
