Rash around babies mouth

My 9m old baby has started to get a rash around her mouth, on her chin and down the hand and arm she feeds from.

We just can’t work out what is causing it. There isn’t anything that we have consistently given her to cause it, we also had no problems up until the last few weeks but she’s been weaned since 6months.

One thing she has had a lot of is cucumber, we dropped it from her diet a couple of days ago but the rash is still there and gets more red following eating.

What are the next steps? I can include a picture of the rash if needed.

It sounds like impetigo. Highly infectious. Has she been around other children recently?

(This was taken at meal time hence the wet face, plus she has a cold!!) it’s a nasty rash that looks sore and dry, same with her arm

I’ve just googled it and it doesn’t seem like that. She also doesn’t itch it (although she rubbed at it when suncream went on as if it irritated it)
