found some yummy wheat free taco shells which are also salt free

just thought i would share.

Discovery mexican taco shells only contain maize flour, veg oil and water. and taste yummy.

we love tacos - can you get in regular supermarkets?

i got mine in the local coop

DS sister is wheat intolerant so will tell her - we have a coop quite near us!

Thanks katz! Logically they all should be given tortilla is only meant to contain maize flour but that damn wheat finds its way everywhere. Cf convo with MrsW at the Mile for Maude:

i got them for my mum because we were having mexican - we love mexican - and wanted mum to join in! these tacos a great. trib if you can't get them can grab some for you to try.
