Hi there I put my 5yr old on gluten&dairy free diet as she was diagnosed with autism. I would be really interested to hear from anyone who has/is tried it.

Oh how funny I have literally just finished writing about it in my blog/autism products review site.

have a look here . It's only a brief introduction, but some of the links might be useful. I'm enjoying browsing Dietary Needs Direct. I think ds1, ds2 and ds3 would recomend chocolate stars (cereal). We buy it in Sainsburys but sometimes they're out of stock- I'm going to give DND a go I think.
