Face and scalp just went really itchy and blotchy after eating...

Haribo, hula hoops and maltesers. Confused

Until a couple of years ago I'd never had any kind of reaction to food, however a few times Chinese food has made me go very red and itchy and a bit swollen for an hour or so after eating. I'm not sure what exactly it is though as I often get the same thing and sometimes I'll react, other times I won't.

And now chocolate, crisps or sweets? Confused seems a bit random. Always been fine with those.

Guess I'll have to go to the GP now. Blush

Anyone else have any experience with this or advice?

look at the ingredients lists, compare with things you know you can eat without reactions to eliminate some of them. then keep a food diary to see if it happens again.
