Does anyone have a good cure for stress induced adult eczema in an elder person?

I have been prescribed Dermol to wash and to hydrate and Hydromol ointment which is like a thick vaseline to seal the skin and stop any moisture actually surviving in my paperlike skin evaporating.
It has been a long slow road since my major (stress related) eczema break-out which covered about 75% of my body, scalp, back, chest, arms, lower legs (everywhere except upper thighs and bum cheeks!).
The most important thing for me was to stop using any form of soap (shampoo, shower gel, washing powder, handwash) which was harder than slapping on the Dermol and Hydromol 4 times a day! I found exfoliating helped to remove old Hydromol so the new application could actually sink in.
Good luck. It is a hard road to recovery as progress is just so slow.
