How to get back my good bacteria

As an adult I developed an intolerance to bananas, kiwi and avocado. If I eat even a little I will be doubled over with pain and uncomfortable for hours. Eventually I end up with a runny tummy. Weirdly I seem to be fine if they are cooked.

So for years now I've avoided and not had any problems. Two days ago I ate a lot of stir fried courgette and had the same reaction. I can only guess that it was because the courgette wasn't cooked for long enough.

It's been two days and although the pains gone, I've been left extremely windy. Can't stop burping and my tummy still feels very sensitive.

I've been drinking the activia Danone in an attempt to get things back to normal but wondered if there was a better source for replacing good bacteria in the gut.
Any ideas?
