I just got the skin prick tests to check if I was allergic to anything, and apart from the "usual" grass, cereals, dustmites etc, I had a reaction to Ash trees - Now this one has baffled me. But it explains why I suffer so much at the in-laws house !!!
So my question is how do you deal with allergies like these, is it all down to getting nose sprays etc or are there other tricks out there to deal with what appears in my case to be year-long hayfever?
