Milk alternatives for toddlers

Hi all,
I have a 21 month old with cmpa (he comes up in hives if he has cows milk). Just wondered if anyone has been given any recent advice on milk alternatives to give a toddler as a drink? We have tried oat milk but it has low fat/protein content. We've also tried soya which he has on cereal etc but there are mixed reviews on the effect of phytoestrogens on boys development (however I was told by the dietician that recent research shows there is no evidence for this).

We have to wait a couple of months for a dietician appointment so any ideas or advice in the meantime would be great. Thanks!

We used oat milk but increased her fat elsewhere in her diet. Coconut milk is supposed to be pretty similar fat content wise to dairy but DD never liked it.

Oatly barista (the grey carton) is the best for fat content and calcium. My dd (25 months and cmpa) was advised by dietician to use that one

We use almond milk & oatly which also do other products.

Our dietician recommended soy growing up milk by alpro or Oat milk for our 2 year old boy.

Thanks for all your replies! Good to know both soya and oat milk have been recommended by dieticians as he likes them both. Forgot to mention he's also allergic to nuts so we can't try almond milk! I'll try to find Oatly Barista too as I haven't heard of that one.
