I've been taking Loratifine and a citirizene every day (only meant one I think) plus my steroid nasal spray but it seems to do very little. Took the dog a walk and had to head back after 10 mins. It's the same every day every year since birth.
Has anybody had the jag? Does it work? What other remedies work for you? Any advice welcome!
