Background - baby exclusively br for 7 weeks, increasingly unsettled while at the breast over the past 3/4 weeks. No obvious reason why. GP prescribed omeprazole 2 weeks ago for reflux as she was gulping a lot and had a very congested nose all the time. Started the omeprazole but no improvement in symptoms. Went back again yesterday and gp has prescribed an anti reflux milk however today the symptoms are much worse after only two bottles of the stuff. She's constantly gulping and sounds like she can't breathe at times. I had eliminated dairy from my diet from Wednesday to see if it helped but obviously hadn't taken effect in the breast milk yet. Feeling so sad for her Sad

Is this likely cmpa?

Thanks in advance

Sounds likely but ultimately you'll only know. Y cutting out dairy (consider cutting soya too) for 6 weeks and then challenging the allergy by drinking a glass of milk and see if symptoms return. It sounds ages but if you see improvement it'll be worth it
