Does anyone know if there are any anti-histamines which are safe during pregnancy? If not, what natural remedies actually work. Tried various homeopathic treatments over the years to no avail.
I won't need a Red-Nose tomorrow I have my very own.

I was told during my pg that you couldn't take any anti histimines but that was a couple of yrs ago and there might be new ones now. There were no real herbal remidies at the time but I did use to take local honey. Eating local honey helps you build up an immunity to local pollen so this might help a bit.
practical parenting magazine ran a special last summer of remedies to use during pg so a search on their website might be an idea
