the great dairy debate

right im very confused, i developed ecezma as an adult and have recently discovered that switching from cow to goat has helped, thats all fine, but..... now ds is 6 months and starting proper food and no one can give me any advice on what, if any, milk to use fir things like cereal. i am breastfeeding and cant be bithered to express that much. also what to do about yogurt etc? i tried goat formula in porridge this morn but he very sick all morning! if anyone has any advice i will be most grateful

I found that my ds 's eczema was caused by cows milk in my diet so cut it out of my diet and it has reduced. the doctor gave me wysoy milk for him and i use that to mix with cereal etc for weaning. apparently they can grow out of it. you can buy alpro yoghurts and dairy free cheese in most supermarkersa and the free from section also has lots of dairy free stuff.
