Paxo stuffing

My daughter has horrendous nights every Sunday. The only thing I can think of is that she has a tiny bit of paxo stuffing with a roast dinner on Sunday. Could this cause a reaction? She's cmpa but fine with the l only allergens in it(wheat and barley)

It seems to happen every week, and I'd thought may contains would a/ have a mild reaction and b/they'd vary over different batches. I'm wondering if it's just too salty (I'm not keen she has it but dh lets her have some off his plate)

Sorry, I am not much help dinobum, not too familiar of advice given with cmpa as my daughter has different allergies, plus cows milk allergies/intolerances can vary in types/severities. Has your daughter been tested with skin prick testing? I thought someone else could have given you better info by now. Have you been advised to avoid may contains?
Being differing types of allergies and seriousness it all depends. My daughter has a severe peanut allergy and cannot have the slightest trace in her food else she may have a life threatening reaction. The only thing you can do really is stop your dh giving it and see if her symptoms go away. Does she eat the roast as well then? If she does, do eliminate the stuffing to see if it still happens, in case something else is doing it. My dd can be allergic to fruits and even some veg so it does pay to keep your eye on things. How old is your dd? Maybe the roast is just causing more wind in her stomach?
I would also seek medical advice to ensure how you should be dealing with the cmpa and clarify what she can and can't have. Whether she should not be having any may contains or whether she is fine to do so. It is very difficult isn't it and there is often not enough help/advice. Is she under a paediatrician, you could phone for advice?

We've been signed off the paed after a very unsatisfying appointment where he just told me to try her on yogurt (she's failed step 1 of the ladder several times so I ignored this). She's 22 months, we've been refused skin prick testing and we've waited 20 months to get the dietician referral, which she now has end of may. From what I can work out she has ige reactions but they're not hugely severe - we did try her on yogurt once and she had hives all over her body in under 5 mins - paed said she was non-ige though because "most are so she probably is too". We're feeling a bit lost with it really!

She does eat loads of roast potatoes so we were thinking she just eats too much on Sundays- so we tried moving the meal from 5 to 1pm but it didn't make much difference and she seems fine during the day. Maybe she just senses Mondays are my most stressful day at work so likes to increase the stress by adding exhaustion into the mix

I feel your pain, in all the 12 years my dd has been under peads the majority of our appointments have been a waste of time too. So frustrating when you have to wait so long and are utterly desperate. One thing I can say though is we have never been refused skin prick testing That is utterly shocking as definately feel your dd should be getting that done. Very important and so simply done as well. Skin prick tests definately helped us identify culprits. Dd had a severe peanut reaction so probably gave them a push to do them. But gave even more light on lots of other things.
Hang in there. Fingers crossed on your dietician appointment. Maybe they will help to push/request skin prick testing. I do hope it goes well for you. I remember also holding out all hope on a long awaited dietician appointment and walking out after in disgust on what little knowledge they had on nut allergies alone. This was like ten year ago mind. I sincerely hope you get a good one.
I think allergy seriously lacks good support as we too have at times not known where to turn. Juggling with work to must be really hard for you.
The last appointment we had, my daughter was told once she turns sixteen she will have to travel over 60 miles for an adult clinic, unbelievable.
