I've just given a spoon of baby porridge mixed with ebf to my 6 month old ds2.

Ds1's cmpa was discovered this way.

Fingers crossed for no reactions

Which of those contains cows milk? Is the porridge not dairy free?

No, it's got skimmed milk powder in it

You could just use normal porridge or ready brek, no need for baby porridge at that age
