Doing a party next week and two (plus myself) suffer various conditions including IBS and need another dairy (not lactose free) dessert option. Was wondering has anyone ever attempted a cheesecake successfully using violife creamy or a pavlova using a thickening agent to whip soya cream or is that not going to work? I've got death by chocolate bars (beetroot brownie type things using 80% dark chocolate) stuck for something different that's not cakey
