Think that just about sums it up. We had a Chinese last night. Ate the same dishes I've eaten 100 times from the same p,ace but obviously something has changed.
I've been up since 4 this morning with stomach cramps, and all I've had today is one glass of water and 2 black teas.
I know I need to drink some more water because I'm getting dehydrated, but I'm dreading it.
Is there anything I can take or do that won't make things worse?
