Infected dermal piercing during pregnancy!!

Hi All,

I have two dermal piercings on my lower back for 5 years. I am currently 7 months pregnant and one of them seems to be infected! I have seen in places that piercing infected can cause blood infection and cause pre-mature labour! Super stressing! I can't go back to piercer as I can't lay on my stomach to take it out or bear the pain ATM. Can I use savlon to try heal it or immediate action required? Please help im panicking

I'd go to the gp as you may need antibiotics. Can it be removed in a seated position?
