erythromycin update dd now has thrush help needed

Just got dd to bed as she is itching so much from eczema and now also has thrush obviously from antibiotics. Put some savlon on it and she screamed had to re-bath her to get it off as it stung so much! I thought savlon was really mild and soothing. Anticipating another night of hell as last night we got about 2 hours sleep. Gave piriton (quite a large dose out of desperation). Have some canesten in cupboard can I use that if she needs it tonight?

Yes - if its the ladies thrush one - but be careful 'cos they also do an athletes foot cream which I have used myself by mistake
