It started 7 days ago with a small itchy rash around his ankles and lower legs which had progressed to an angry hot itchy rash covering his entire legs, arms and starting on his lower back now. (Combined with his molluscum he looks terrible)
Piriton and aqueous cream for pharmacist hasn't given any relief. Went to doctors yesterday and they have given us an antihistamine.tablet.and hydrocortisone cream. Also a cream for dry skin he can also use as a soap. Booked in for allergy testing on Monday, skin prick/RAST test.
The doctor never mentioned it but do I need to stop the anti histamine before Monday so it doesnt affect the test?
Any tips on making the rash less itchy? Tried bicarbonate of soda bath but it didn't work.
