Availability of gluten-free food in Spain

We've just booked a week in Spain, which will be our first holiday for nearly 3 years, and our first since DD1 (3.5) was diagnosed with coeliac. Last time we went to Majorca and she lived on tortillas, serrano ham, olives and bread. Has anyone tried to be gluten-free in Spain? Do they sell gluten-free products in the supermarkets? We're not going to be off the beaten track so I imagine that there'll be some big supermarkets relatively close by. Should I bank on taking a week's supply of bread/pasta/biscuits etc with us or will I be able to get stuff there?

TIA

All big supermarkets and some small supermarkets have a "health" section that stock gluten free stuff. If you tell me the sort of things you are looking for I will have a look next time I go. Carrefour/Al campo/Hipercor deffo do.
